Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 1 business day, Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next day! (shipping times on weekends may vary) 

  • Order Confirmation:
    After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email containing your Royal Mail 24hr Tracked tracking number and further delivery details or alternatively you may track via the website under customer accounts :)

    We use Royal Mail 24hr Tracked to ensure your package is delivered securely and efficiently.

  • Delivery Time:
    Orders are aimed to be delivered the next business day following order processing. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods of demand and capability's of courier services which we take no responsibility for.

  • Free Shipping:
    Enjoy free shipping on all orders—there is no minimum purchase amount required!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your shipment online via the Royal Mail tracking page  or alternatively you may track via the website under customer accounts.

Delivery Issues

  • Accurate Address:
    Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
    Royal Mail 24hr Tracked provides proof of delivery. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at lelaluchi.uk@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

International Orders

Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only, however we are working hard to make our wonderful products international !
